Shipping Policy

MINIMUM three bottles of sangria per order.

Order 12 bottles or more and receive 10% OFF your order (Excludes Michigan Summergria during sale promotion).

Someone of at least 21 years of age must be present to sign for your order upon delivery.

Most orders completed before 6PM EST will be processed by the following business day, pending ID check and product availability.

We are required by state and federal law to ensure that all orderers and intended recipients of our products are at least 21 years of age prior to shipping. Upon completion of your order, please email us a digital photo copy of the valid state or federal ID of both the orderer and, if you are purchasing for someone else, the intended recipient. IDs must match the name of the orderer and intended recipient and must contain a birthdate. ID emails should be sent to our secure and encrypted email server at idcheck@sabrosasangria.com.

Michigan law requires us to save the ID photos we receive from our customers. Once received and verified, all ID photos are stored securely offline. All personal information is kept confidential. To learn more, please read our Privacy Policy.

We use FedEx® to ship our sangrias. Upon delivery, a signature will be required by an adult 21 years of age or older. A valid photo ID will be required to sign.

To ensure that someone will be available to sign for your order, please consider using one of our premium shipping options. If you choose a premium shipping option while ordering, you will be emailed further delivery instructions once your order is shipped. We recommend using FedEx® Delivery Manager to assist with the delivery of your order.

We are only shipping to Michigan addresses at this time. Our sangrias cannot be shipped to a APO, FPO, PO Box or international address. We recommend shipping to a business address to ensure an adult of at least 21 years of age is present to sign for the order.

"What if no one signs for my order?"

If a signature is not acquired upon delivery of your order, FedEx® will make two more attempts to deliver your order on different days. If the order cannot be delivered after all three attempts, your order will be held at a FedEx® location for five business days. You will have until the end of the fifth business day to pick up your order. If you do not pick up your order after the fifth business day, your order will be returned to Sabrosa Sangria. Rejected orders that are sent back to Sabrosa Sangria will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Once we retrieve your order from FedEx®, we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping, handling, and the 20% restocking fee.

Was your order damaged during shipping?

Please email us at shipping@sabrosasangria.com within 48 hours after the delivery of your order and we will gladly work to resolve the issue.

Cancellations

Cancelled orders that are sent back to Sabrosa Sangria will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Once we retrieve your order from FedEx®, we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping, handling, and the 20% restocking fee.
