It is important to us that all of our sangria is kept in proper storage conditions prior to and during shipping. Therefore, we do not offer return services. All orders are considered closed upon final delivery.
Was your order damaged during shipping?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours after the delivery of your order and we will gladly work to resolve the issue.
Cancelled orders that are sent back to Sabrosa Sangria will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Once we retrieve your order from FedEx®, we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping, handling, and the 20% restocking fee.
